The Midlife Innovator cohort combines corporate and personal wisdom to fuel reinvention and long-term growth. You will learn:

Your tuition covers an all-inclusive 3-night getaway. We will be among the early guests in this sparkling new private retreat center. We reserved dedicated conference space just for our cohort. You’ll savor the upscale guest rooms. As an iconic boutique hotelier, Chip has designed everything with luxury, spaciousness, and comfort in mind.
Your all-inclusive registration covers a full retreat experience, which includes hiking, equine-assisted learning, healthy chef-prepared meals, campfire chats, sound bath, yoga and meditation classes and more.
Awe-mazing sunsets
Our cohort members cover their own travel and transfers. MEA provides an onsite person to help you with airport shuttles and bespoke services, such as massage or booking additional overnights on the ranch.
