MEA is the Western world’s first midlife wisdom school. I graduated from my first MEA program in 2023, and it has dramatically enriched my life and business.
The Midlife Innovator cohort (our 9th) will harness corporate and personal wisdom to fuel reinvention and long-term growth. You will learn:
- the quirks of midlife (for leaders and companies)
- the midlife innovation gifts: wisdom, “menterning,” and generative AI
- contemplative practices for fueling imagination and awe
- strategies to manage liminality
- methods to discover future customer opportunities and markets.
- brand differentiation using Chip’s acclaimed PEAK model.

Your tuition covers an all-inclusive 3-night getaway. We will be among the early guests in this sparkling new private retreat center. We reserved dedicated conference space just for CLIC ’24 and upscale guest rooms. As an iconic boutique hotelier, Chip has designed everything with luxury, spaciousness, and comfort in mind.
Your all-inclusive registration covers a full retreat experience, which includes hiking, equine-assisted learning, healthy chef-prepared meals, campfire chats, yoga and meditation
classes and more.
Our cohort members cover their own travel and transfers. MEA provides an onsite person to help you with airport shuttles and bespoke services, such as massage or booking additional overnights on the ranch.
CLIC ’24 space is limited to 18 people. Shared (double) rooms are available upon request.
